Refund Policy

At Rakkio, we aim to deliver the highest quality wardrobe tracking experience. Our refund eligibility is strictly limited to users who have purchased a subscription but have never used any premium features.

1. Refund Eligibility Rule

You are eligible for a refund only if you have not used any of Rakkio's features. This means:

  • No garments have been uploaded, scanned, or cataloged.
  • No AI care analysis or visual similarity searches have been performed.
  • No active laundry trips or tracking flows have been created.

If you have utilized any of these features, your purchase is final and non-refundable.

2. App Store Purchases (iOS)

If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, the transaction is handled strictly by Apple. Apple does not allow developers to process or approve refunds directly.

To request a refund, you must follow Apple's process:

  • Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Sign in with your Apple ID
  • Select "Request a refund" and choose your reason
  • Select Rakkio and submit your request

Please note that Apple holds the sole authority to approve or deny refund requests under their platform terms.

3. Google Play Purchases (Android)

If you purchased through the Google Play Store, Google handles the transaction processing. If it has been less than 48 hours since your purchase, you can request a refund directly through Google Play order history.

For developer-issued refunds after 48 hours, please email support@rakkio.com with your Google Play Order ID. We will review your account activity, and if you have not used any premium features, we will approve the refund.

4. Website Purchases (Paddle)

If you purchased a subscription directly through our website via Paddle, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have never used any premium features.

To request a refund for web purchases, please email support@rakkio.com with your Paddle Order ID.

5. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations do not trigger prorated refunds. When you cancel, you will continue to have full access to Rakkio Pro features until the end of your current active billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free tier.
